Baking More Pumpkin Breads Today ......

I enjoy baking alot . Here are several of the many types of pumpkin breads i baked  and froze. I have several mini bundt decorative pans that I also like to use . The last picture shows the yummiest of the breads..i diced up apples and  added to top of the dough  and then sprinkled more cinnamon and ginger and sugar on top before I baked them .

    They are saving more pumpkins at work for me.will soon have more pumpkin that I can handle.but that will be great. I like cream of pumpkin soup too!

    Angie.I love my pans..trick is to really coat with with the pam spray or they will stick. Let cool all the way before flipping over and taking out ,
